Payment Terms
 

  • Our standard payment terms are - Invoices to be settled within thirty days of the invoice date. 



Refund Policy
 

  • Our online product sales are final and no refunds will be given. The programmes are downloadable and delivered instantly once payment, or agreement to pay via invoice, is received and it is not possible for you to return the product for a refund.  However, should you find you experience any problems please contact us at info@PTPInteractive.com This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will do everything within our knowledge and experience to assist you. We recommend that prior to taking a full subscription you trial our products F.O.C. with a registered account to ensure we meet your expectations and allow you to test your system requirements.
  • If you order an annual subscription for PTP's branded Client newsletter, you may request a refund of the subscription paid within fourteen days of placing your order, provided that no edition of the newsletter has been supplied to you within this period. Similarly, if you place an order for the branded Budget Client newsletter, you may request a refund within fourteen days of placing your order unless the Budget newsletter has been supplied to you within this period. We are unable to make refunds outside the periods stated. Your subscription will be automatically renewed each year; however, you will be notified after the final newsletter of the year has been sent to you. You must notify us if you no longer wish to subscribe to ensure your subscription is cancelled.If you do not cancel an invoice will be issued.  Once the first edition of your renewal is supplied to you your annual subscription will commence and all monies will be due.



Licence
 

  • Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
  • PTP grants you a licence to use our software access our courses for a period of time stated in days at the time of your purchase. The rights to and ownership of that software those courses shall not be and is not transferred to you.
  • The licence to use the software courses is limited to your directors, partners and employees of the practice stated in your account at the time of purchase.
  • You are strictly prohibited to from reselling your licence to any other third party
  • The maximum period of the licence is 12 months after this time access to episodes is withdrawn, and the account will revert to free content only.
  • Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the content offered on this website for any particular purpose.

Discount code use
 

PTP may from time to time issue discount codes. These can only be redeemed against products purchased, cannot be redeemed for payment, must be used at time of purchase and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. Each coupon or discount code is limited to one per account and cannot be combined with any other offer, may have a set expiry date after which they are no longer valid and can be withdrawn at any time without notice. Abbey Tax codes are only valid for new subscribers to PTP, and any renewal customers using these codes will be subject to additional charges.
